What is non-project time?
Non-project time is registered time that is not directly linked to a specific project.
Some examples could be, sickness, vacation, meetings, workshops, etc. Non-project time is also known as non-billable time.

How do I set it up?
Non-project time is setup in the administration section. Go to "Admin" through the menu in the upper right-hand corner.

Choose "Non project time" in the left-hand menu.

Add new categories of non-project time through the dialog.

How to track and schedule non-project time?
Per user basis non-project time is registered and tracked in the same way as regular project time. Go to the "Time"-section of Forecast, and add non-project time here as you would your project-based time.
