The Forecast integration with Google Drive lets you link your documents from Google Drive / Docs with projects and cards from within Forecast. This makes it easier to collaborate and share files with your fellow team members without leaving Forecast.

How it works

When the integration is activated, you'll instantly begin to see a new option when uploading files to cards and projects. Under files on a card, you'll now find a new button, namely the Google Drive logo.

Simply click the logo, and choose the file(s) you wish to attach.

Under files in a project overall, you'll additionally find a button like the one shown below. This lets you add files to the project in general, and thereby not directly connected to a card.

Setup process

  1. Login to Forecast
  2. Navigate to admin (admins only)
  3. Go to the app catalog, and find Google Drive
    (or click here)
  4. Click 'Enable'
  5. Authorize the integration
  6. You're good to go!
