Create Rate Cards

Add, remove and edit rate cards

Rate cards are used for subtracting the right rate for the budget. The rates are based on the client, roles and reported hours.

There are two ways of adding a rate card. The first is through Admin Settings (requires Admin permissions), while the second is directly from within a project, and is available to Managers and above.

If your permission level is Admin

Step 1: Go to Admin in your personal menu

Step 2: Go to Rate Cards in the side menu

Step 3: Click Add Rate Card

Step 4: Give it a name, and click Add Rate Card

Step 5: Hover over your newly created rate card

Step 6: Click Edit

Step 7: Specify the rates

The values are saved automatically

If your permission level is Manager or Controller

Step 1: Go to your Project view

Step 2: Go to Rate Card in the side menu

Step 3: Expand the dropdown menu at the top right, and click Add New Rate Card

Step 4: Give it a name, and click Add Rate Card
