Forecast ensures that everything that goes down in your Forecast account is tracked and presented to you in an orderly fashion through the notifications. Below we will go over where you can view the notifications and how you change their settings.

How to access notifications

There are two ways to view and access your in-app notifications in Forecast;

  • Notification Bell

  • Profile Notification Center

You may also access your notification center through your profile. Simply click on your profile picture, click on Profile and from there click Notifications. 



Below we will go over in more detail about these and their additional options that are there to assist you.

Notification Bell

When anything you are assigned to (as seen from the Notification settings) gets updated the notification bell will reflect the number of updates. 


Viewing Notifications 

Step 1: Click on the notification bell to display your updates or mentions

Step 2: Click on the notification/update from the list of items to open

Notification Read, Mute and Gear Icon

You can mark all notifications as read, choose to mute, or you can click on the gear icon which will redirect you to the notifications settings. - 2019-06-27T105728.256

Profile Notification Center

From the notification bell, scroll at the bottom of the notification window and click on View All to go to the notification center, in your profile, to view the full list of notification items.

Notification Center - Filter 

What is unique in your notification center, in your profile, is that you can filter your notifications on the following:

This will help you run through the notifications you wish to tackle first.
