Learn how you can reset your Forecast password.
In this article we will go over the steps that you need to take in order to reset your Forecast password in case you forgot your existing one.
Step 1. In the login screen, if you are unable to log in with your information, click on Forgot your password?.
Step 2. Once you click that, you will be transferred to the reset password page. Please enter your Forecast account email in the field and click on Reset Password.
Step 3. Once you click on that you should receive an email from us in your Forecast account email address. Open the email and click on the New Password tab.
Tip: Make sure you check your junk or spam folder in your email as sometimes the mail might go directly there.
Step 4. Once you are transferred to the page, enter your preferred new password and confirm it by retyping it in the second field below. Once that is done click on Change Password.
You have now successfully changed your password to a new one and will be immediately logged into your Forecast account.
Note: If you are unable to change your password and are not receiving an email please make sure to check with your system Admin to make sure that you have been invited to Forecast and that your email address in the system is correct. Caution: Please make sure that your email address is not associated with more than one Forecast account as this can cause a conflict in the system when trying to reset your password.
