Users

Under users you will be able to see all of your users currently active on your Forecast account.

Use the search bar and the show/hide button to highlight a specific team member/s you're looking for.

Virtual resources

Here you will find your virtual resources. These are team members that do not have access to the platform itself, as they are mainly used for resource planning.

In this section you will find all of your deactivated users.

Adding a new user

You, as an admin, have the possibility to invite new team members to the platform through the People tab in the Admin panel. To do so, simply click on the Invite New Team Member button in the upper right corner. Fill in the name, email address, main role and the permission level (these can be changed later, of course) and click +Invite.

Deactivate/Activate users

In the People tab you also have the possibility to deactivate - e.g. an employee has left your organization - and activate - e.g. previous employee has returned to the team - users. To do so, simply navigate to the hamburger menu at the end of each row and select either the deactivate or activate.
