  • You will see only tasks and projects to which you have been assigned by the admin of the given company
  • You will be able to edit the tasks

Accessing Forecast

Step 1: Check your inbox

After the admin of the given company has sent you an invitation, this is what you will see:

Step 2: Welcome on board: looking through tasks

client tasks-1

Note: As a client, you will see only tasks to which you have been assigned to. So, if the admin of the given company has not assigned you to their tasks, your My Task section and Projects page will be empty! If that is the case, contact an admin, controller or a manager of the given company and request that they assign you to what you need to see.

Then, consider a sample task:

Note: You will be able to:

  • Edit estimates
  • Add/remove assignees
  • Edit the role
  • Adjust the start and end date
  • Add comments and tag people
  • Mark the task as a high priority
  • Add a subtask section
  • Add a new task
